Shipping policy

All orders contain perfume / fragrance products, which contain alcohol and are classified as restricted flammable liquid cargo during transportation. Please read this policy carefully before checkout.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and US public holidays).

We do not process orders on holidays. Orders placed after cutoff time will be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

We ship to all contiguous United States.
Important Notice: Perfume contains ethyl alcohol, categorized as flammable liquid. General air courier services have transportation limitations. All packages will be shipped via available permitted sensitive cargo channels. Delivery time may be longer than regular goods.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 10–22 business days after dispatch.

Tracking number will be sent to your email once the parcel departs warehouse. Tracking updates may be delayed during transit.

4. Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight.

We offer free shipping for orders over $____ (fill your threshold).

5. Customs & Transit Risk Disclaimer

  • Buyer is responsible to ensure the item can be imported legally in your receiving region.
  • Due to liquid & flammable commodity restrictions, packages may be inspected by customs or carrier authorities. We are not liable for package detention, seizure, return or delays caused by carrier rules, customs inspection, local import laws.
  • We declare items truthfully. Any attempt to falsify declaration will cause parcel issues, which are buyer’s risk.

6. Package Protection & Damage

All perfume bottles are packed with leak-proof bags and shockproof materials.

If you receive broken, leaking items, please provide clear unboxing photos/videos within 48 hours upon delivery for support. Claims without valid evidence will not be accepted.

7. Delivery Address Requirements

Please fill in your complete, accurate residential address. We cannot amend address after shipment.

If the parcel is returned due to wrong address, undeliverable or recipient refusal, return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
